Classes
and Seminars
The Center also offers ongoing classes in tai chi, qigong, yiquan and yoga,
and workshops and seminars on health and healing. Many classes at the
Center are approved by the State of Texas as CEU credit for

injury recovery. Qigong anma is an integrated form of bodywork therapy
using acupressure, stretching, and a variety of other techniques to free
movement in the body, stretch and release muscles and fascia, and
increase the flow of blood and lymph. This class brings together ancient
wisdom and modern science to provide the most effective means for
treating sports injuries and chronic pain. 40 CEUs. more

Qi
Healing Circle
An ongoing class for everyone who is interested
in healing and being healed. We will learn and practice techniques for
self-healing as well as helping others to heal. This will include qigong,
meditation, body work, food energetics and qi healing techniques such as qi
emission, tong ren and more. more

Tai
Chi and Qigong
The Center offers tai chi and qigong classes on
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30pm. Tai chi is famous
as a means of exercise, relaxation and meditation. Tai chi teaches us how
to use our bodies in a way which is at the same time relaxed and
