Tai Chi
Tai chi is famous as a means of exercise, relaxation and
meditation. More than just a series of movements, tai chi is a way
using our bodies which is at the same time relaxed and powerful. The
Center’s tai chi classes focus on establishing integrated strength and
central equilibrium. Integrated strength allows us to carryout our
daily activities with power, grace and mindfulness. Central equilibrium
is a state of balance which goes far beyond the physical. Tai chi classes are held at the
Center Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30pm
to 1:30pm. The
cost is $90 a month for two classes a week.
